WFs General Tso's Chicken, Broccoli and very old Mashed Potatoes for dinner.
White Chocolate Peanut Butter for dessert. It actually tastes like White Chocolate Peanut Butter! How did they do it?
Hard to believe it will be 100 degrees outside tomorrow with all this stick-to-my-butt cuisine.

That pot pie looks really delicious. Especially impressive that the crust was nice and flaky. A flaky crust is very important for a pot pie. I like that you found it in the kosher section too :) I find a lot of my vegan stuff at the all kosher store here.
The Whole Foods grub looks great as always. I've never tried the white chocolate pb but it sounds great. The dark chocolate one is amazing.
I've seen some good looking items in the Kosher frozen section. The Pot Pie sounds fantastic.
I am pretty tired of the hotness, too. I like my hot summer days to be about six weeks - then back to the 70s, please.
You've discovered the white chocolate peanut butter! I go through a jar every week. It's amazing. Sorry, just writing about it makes me hyper. :)
oh my gosh white chocolate peanut butter! i would definitely NOT be able to have that in my place -- it'd be gone in one day! haha
I have not had Mon Cuisine items but Sweetie has gotten them at times when I'm not making one of my usual fabulous gourmet feasts (ha!). I'm a fan of Amy's veg pot pies but not during hot weather.
I haven't had a pot pie forever! That one looks really good.
White chocolate and peanut butter are such a great combo. I prefer it over regular chocolate & pb sometimes.
Hey Now!!!!
VaVa, the best thing I've found in the kosher aisle were the Chocolate Chips on sale after Passover.
Ingrid, don't those snow capped mountains in Colorado provide any cooling at all?
Bean, thought you fell off the vegan-blogging grid. Glad to see you back, but shame of you for keeping the White Chocolate PB a secret.
GFHTummy, it is pretty great stuff. I didn't expect it to taste EXACTLY like white chocolate peanut butter.
Miss Rachel, glad others have seen the Mon Cuisine entrees as well. I thought they might just be local to this area.
Molly, since it's not Pot Pie weather, so I can see why you haven't had one for some time.
