A minimal post to counter-balance yesterday's extravaganza. The usual PB & Banana for breakfast. An exact pound $7.99 of Ratatouille and Rosemary Potatoes from WF's for lunch. There was Eggplant in it, but it was still surprisingly really delicious.
A Sukhi's Spinach and Tofu Naanwich with Mr. SV's Artichoke and Caper Pasta Salad for dinner. This 'Grab & Go' Sandwich $3.99 was unusually good, like a quiche. I would buy it again.
I am grateful that all meals turned out to be tasty today, but too full of carbs for dessert. Coming up tomorrow: WFH grub.

That naanwich sounds great, especially paired with potato salad. Love that you got exactly a pound of the potato dish. :)
"Reunited and it feels so good" Oh my goodness! A few years back, I would enjoy this naanwich weekly. Then, poof! It was gone. I haven't been able to find it anywhere then here it is. I couldn't remember the maker or anything but then I saw it in your post I knew it immediately. Sadly, the closest store is 2 hours away. Perhaps a road trip is in order. Just wanted to say thanks :)

The naanwich looks pretty great! It definitely looks hearty and satisfying. I guess I'll just have to wait until tomorrow to live vicariously though you for dessert :)

Ingrid, I'm sure one of your three local WFs has these little baby Potatoes on the hot bar. Our local WFs had these in both Rosemary and O'Brien.
GFHTummy, it was a pretty great little pre-made sandwich. Usually they suck.
