After being home bound for almost two days, I had to have some food made by a stranger. Mr. SV bravely ventured out and got some Steamed Vegetables and Basmati Rice off the Asian Hot Bar at Wegman's. Knowing the issues I have with monochromism on the blog, he made sure to assemble a rainbow of veggies.
Lunch was at Panache, where I enjoyed the Hummus $7..
and Baby Spinach Salad with Warm Dijon Vinaigrette and Wild Mushrooms $7. I'm pretty positive this wasn't vegan even though I asked the waitress if there was meat or cheese in it. The dressing appeared very creamy.
Mr. SV made Spaghetti for dinner (I add the TJ's Meatless Meatballs)...
Methinks the blog is in dire need of some critter pics. That will be my goal for tomorrow.
Buckwheat and Craisins for breakfast. Eat this Buckwheat if you miss Cream of Wheat from your childhood. Personally, I am sticking with Oatmeal.
Lunch was a Korean Noodle Dish that I got off the WF's Salad Bar the other day. The dish was called 'Japchae' and it was made with the Beyond Meat product that I've been seeing on other blogs. This was my first encounter with Beyond Meat, and I may have overdosed. Sort of gave me a headache.
Boca Burgers and Baked Potatoes for dinner.
Looks like I'm going to bed without dessert tonight. Hoping to pick up PF Changs tomorrow.
My mandatory work lunch was cancelled (it was just going to be at a local pizzeria where I could order Spaghetti with Marinara. I am far less high-maintenance than my co-worker who can't eat beans or garlic). Anyway, Red Robin was brought in for lunch instead. My Boca Burger was exceptionally good (maybe because I could enjoy it in peace at my desk).
