Friday, October 19th

A Cashew Fruit & Nut Bar and a (ripe & juicy) D'Anjou Pear for breakfast.
The Veggie Wrap at Brooklyn's Deli for lunch...
with some Fries...
Tofu Scramble with Tofurky Breakfast Links and a Hash Brown for dinner.
So Delicious Chocolate Velvet Ice Cream and a plop of PB for dessert.
Coming up tomorrow: Lunch out.

What a great day of food! Breakfast looks great, I love doing that once in a while. That wrap looks delicious and definitely very bright and vibrant. I love thick fries like that, mmm. Breakfast for dinner is my favorite! How did you like that tofurkey breakfast link? The hash brown looks like it would hit the spot. Every time you eat ice cream I want ice cream. Thanks for that haha!

I am so excited that pear season is upon us! Yum!

I've not tried the Chocolate Velvet Ice Cream flavor.

Amazing day!! You're just a glass of wine short of fabulous.. :) those kits organics bars are my new favorite thing right now (if you find the pumpkin spice cliff bar try it! I hoard them.....)

That pear is beautiful. I also love the colorfulness of your lunch, but breakfast foods for dinner really wins the prize.
