The last of the half-hour cooking bag of Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats with Dried Cranberries for breakfast...
Carryout Kung Pao "Chicken" from Good Fortune for lunch. The portion was quite huge, so I had the rest for dinner.
Dessert was half of this Chocolate Cupcake from Natalia's Elegant Creations. I didn't want to risk cutting it in half before capturing its elegance. This was an incredibly delicious cupcake.
More WFH grub tomorrow.

Wow that is a really beautiful cupcake. Very elegant indeed! I seriously need to have some oats soon, it's getting cooler and it's getting to be that time of year! Gotta love that your lunch made dinner really easy for you. Well, that only works when the meal is good though ;) Your lunch looks great so it definitely worked out for you!
I bet you're looking forward to your new bag of oats! I would be far too impatient for the half hour kind.
That cupcake is gorgeous!
Glad to hear that your breakfasts will now be the standard 10 minutes or less type of affair.
What exactly is the "chicken" similar to - tofu? Seitan?
wow elegant indeed! i love the little chocolate decoration on the top. i could seriously dive head first into that right now!! haha
Very pretty cupcake, looks delicious!
Beautiful cupcake. It looks really dense inside too.
Lunch looks really good. The "chicken" looks like tofu to me. Hard to go wrong with a chocolate cupcake.
Hey Now!!!
VaVa, yeah, it was a good deal to get two meals from the one carryout order.
Molly, I was most pleased with the time saved this morning.
Ingrid, I have no clue what they did to the Tofu to make it a cross between Tofu and Chicken. Very different.
GFHTummy, if you dived into my Cupcake, you would bang your head really hard. Best not to do that.
Mary, the Cupcake was top notch. Perhaps the best I've ever had.
FF, it was a most excellent Cupcake.
Miss Rachel, the 'Chicken' does look like Tofu, but they did something to it so it is sort of Chickeny. Ancient Chinese secret and what not.
