Raisin Walnut Toast with Tofutti Cream Cheese for breakfast.
MaPo Tofu and a Spring Roll from PF Changs for lunch.
And Boca Chikn Patties with Macaroni & Cheese from Everlasting Life Cafe for dinner.
A piece of Pretzel Fudge from A Better Choice Bakery for dessert.
I deny myself nothing.

Well this is pretty much a perfect food day I'd say! That bread always looks so delicious. Doesn't get much better than toast and tofutti too. So simple but delicious. Lunch looks great as always :) Your tomatoes have been looking so yummy lately too! Mmm pretzel fudge, yes please!
