Lunch was the Tempeh Burger with a side of Tamari Dressing at Sammy T's. A great meal at a great restaurant to top off the three day weekend.
Because lunch was so filling, dinner was just some very simplified Tostadas (no cheese/olives/avocado). No room for dessert.
Lots of Liberty Creek Cabernet Sauvignon....
