Tuesday, December 25th

The last of my Pumpkin Waffles for breakfast.
Lunch was the 'Vegetarian Box' $19.95 at Legal Seafoods. Stir-Fried Vegetables, Coconut Curry Sauce, Cashews, Tofu and Brown Rice.
Dinner was the $14.95 Christmas Menu that I carried out from Loving Hut.
Formulated by local vegan Cooking Instructor, Mimi Clark. I liked the Scalloped Potatoes the best. We saved the Corn Chowder for another night.
While we had a White Christmas, it was too foggy to get great pics.
Lots to investigate.
Teddy isn't to be trusted outside without a leash. She will immediately tear down the driveway and up the street.
Molly loved it so much.
Too stuffed for dessert. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night.

Thursday, February 2nd

The usual breakfast.
Instead of Cheesecake Factory, lunch was at Legal Seafood, where at least there is one vegan item on the menu. The 'Vegetarian Box $19.95 Asian flavored stir-fried Vegetables, Thai Red Coconut Curry Sauce (didn't see any evidence of this), Cashews, Tofu and Brown Rice. Must've had about 2,000 calories and a cup of MSG but I ate it all.
Field Roast Frankfurter and Tater Tots for dinner. Still no dessert. I guess my body is still adjusting to this unseasonably warm weather we've been having.
Coming up tomorrow: Taking my annual 'Personal Day'. How will this impact my food choices?

Friday, June 3rd

Lunch was the Greek Salad sans Feta $8.95 at Legal Seafoods. Even though this Salad (which originally brought to mind Michelle's salad, but in actuality was very good) plus two Sour Dough Rolls were more than enough food for a normal person...
on the way back to the office, I stopped by Olive Express for a cup of Lentil Soup $3.

Dinner was a WF's Veggie Burger w/Heinz-57 and Steamed Broccoli.

Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot.

Not So Freaky Friday

Lunch was the Chopped Greek Salad (sans feta) at Legal Seafood.
Not too exciting but I did enjoy this English Sparrow who is apparently stuck living in the mall. He/she enjoyed a few bits of bread I tossed at him/her.
Smart Dogs and TJ's Gigantic White Beans for dinner.
No dessert again! I have so much willpower! A bottle of Charles Shaw Shiraz was imbibed.

A Paniniless but Still Good Food Day

Lunch was at Legal Seafoods. The Apple and Tortilla Salad with Avocado and Roasted Red Peppers on Romaine Lettuce tossed with an Orange Chipotle Dressing. Very unique but totally delicious.
Dinner was one of Alicia's Cutlets w/Heinz57, a Baked Potato with Sour Supreme and Bac'Uns and Roasted Asparagus.
Dessert was a cup of TJ's Mango Sorbet. So refreshing!
More Alice White Merlot...See you tomorrow!
