Thursday, October 18th

A Carrot Cake Blondie from A Better Choice Bakery for breakfast
A little over a pound of Garbanzos, Okra & Potatoes and Seitan off the WF's Global Cuisine Bar for lunch.

Boca Chikn Patties and Roasted Brussel Sprouts for dinner. If someone had told me five years ago that one day I would choose to eat Okra and Brussel Sprouts in the same day and enjoy them both, I never would've believed it.
A Cupcake from A Better Choice Bakery for dessert. No clue what kind of Cupcake it was.
Coming up tomorrow: Weekly Groupon lunch out with Mom.

Oh that blondie gets me every time. What a yummy breakfast. WFs lunch looks great as always :) Brussels sprouts are seriously the best, yum! The cupcake looks great, not sure if it's good or bad if you can't tell the flavor.

The brussels and the okra both look so good. I would definitely eat both in the same day anytime. :)

VaVa, neither Mr. SV nor I can tell what kind of cupcake it is. It is definitely very sugary. Again, you can't have any of it.

Mary, I'm working towards eating more like you do and less like I do.
