Monday, July 9th
I'm taking vacation days today and tomorrow, so I enjoyed a hot breakfast at home: Veganomicon's Blueberry Corn Pancakes.
Veggie Burrito Bowl from Chipotle for lunch.
Veggie Turkey Salad from The Common Market on WF's Rosemary Sourdough for dinner.
Things should be more interesting tomorrow, at least lunch-wise.

Haha! I like that it was veg turkey, rather than veg chickn! Where there different spices used, or something? The bread is still looking great.
I want to eat those pancakes immediately. They look amazing. I'm jealous of your yummy hot breakfast and that you got to WFH today! Lucky you!
Lunch looks pretty damn great too! I need to make some quinoa so I can make my poor lady's Rip Off Chipotle Bowl ;)

Bachelorette: Really?! Sean?! I CANNOT believe she kept Jef. I would've dismissed him based on bad hair alone. And I really liked Sean. We'll have to wait for "the most dramatic ever" ending. Just like last season.
