WF's had Ratatouille and Roasted Potatoes on their hot bar today. I always thought I hated Ratatouille based on what my mother had made when I was a child, but this WF's batch is pretty damned great.
Due to the intense heat, Mr. SV requested we not turn on the oven tonight. Dinner was carryout from Bombay Bistro -- a massive Samosa and some Aloo Gobi.
TJ's Strawberry Coconut Milk Ice Cream for dessert.
Coming up tomorrow: More about what I eat.

I like WFs ratatouille a lot too! The roasted potatoes look really delicious too! That samosa looks pretty spectacular and gotta love ice cream! I've been craving some vegan butter pecan lately which is kind of random since I never ate it in my pre vegan days. Strange how preferences change!
Strawberry coconut ice cream?! I must find that!
I've only had ratatouille once and didn't care for it much, so I'll have to keep an eye out when we go to WF's. Yours looks great!
that ratatouille looks wonderful! so delicious:)
Hey Now!!!!
VaVa, I know that Butter Pecan/Praline Pecan craving. I had some Rice Dream Butter Pecan a while ago. They put too many little Pecans in it, but it was pretty good.
Molly, all the years I wasted thinking I hated Ratatouille. The TJ's Strawberry Coconut Ice Cream is very good. I hope you find it.
GFHTummy, the Ratatouille was delicious. Seems like something you would make. Very colorful.
