WTF Wednesday

Blueberry Oatmeal Waffles for breakfast. This Waffle got better tasting (though less attractive) over time.
Lunch was another open-faced Tempeh Reuben. I'm becoming more at ease in making these. Could I possibly soon have some tips for others?
Hazelnut Cranberry Field Roast En Croute and Roasted Potatoes for dinner.
The bottom of the bag of Sourdough Pretzels for dessert.
Coming up tomorrow: a Muffin for breakfast and a hopefully flu-germ-free lunch.

Hmmm. . .I wonder if it has something to do with the blueberries? I find that my blueberry waffles are never fully attractive, but they taste good - which is what matters most, right? :)

Applause on the reuben. Yes, soon you must share your how-to.

Is everyone in your area sick, too? It seems like everyone but Mike and I are sick here. Ugh.

I've got my sights on making that reuben. It looks so good & it's been a while since I had one. Never made my own, though.

Don't give away too many secrets or I'll be forced to make my own before I try it elsewhere!
Awh, who am I kidding. Any room for some spinach on that sandwich?

Oh man blueberry waffles sound great right about now. Nice job with the reuben, could this be a new Shen signature dish? Nice job with it. The roasted potatoes look pretty perfect too.

Hey Now!!!!

Ingrid, it was the extreme attractiveness of your Blueberry Waffle that forced me to buy my Waffle Maker in the first place!

Molly, we're in the midst of a flu 'epidemic' here. I'm completely freaked out about it. Keep washing your hands and don't touch your face!

FF, no room at the Reuben, but Spinach is more than welcome to sit peacefully on the side.

VaVa, I should be so lucky to have a signature dish like this Tempeh Reuben.

Blueberries make everything so much better! I am working my way through a loaf right now!
