Monday, January 7th

One of my homemade Apple Muffins for breakfast. Nine more to go.
The Boca Burger from Red Robin for lunch.
Gardein Stuffed Turk'y and Roasted Cauliflower for dinner.
Half a 'Tofu Chocolate Chip Cookie' from Dawson's Market for dessert.
No critter pics. Everything on this blog is 'A La Moment'.  So sometimes it's not so interesting.

Still loving the look of the apple muffins. Red Robin fries look so good. I remember going through boca burger phases where I ate them so much. Now I can't remember the last time I had one. Yours looks great :) Love the roasted cauliflower with dinner. Reminds me I have some left... dinner tomorrow, haha!

How was that cookie? Is tofu necessary in cookies?

Curious cookie.

Even though I want to cut back on faux meat, I think I need to try these Gardein treats as they look pretty good. I love roasted cauliflower.

I could easily mow thru nine more of those gorgeous muffins ;) i bet they would be awesome with an almond butter gob.
The red robin fries look so nice a thick- like they could scoop serious ketchup (aka the only reason to eat fries)
The tofu chocolate chip cookie sounds......um... Potentially weird.

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, I have no clue why they called the cookie a 'Tofu Chocolate Chip Cookie'. Seemed like a regular CC Cookie to me.

Ingrid, I want to cut back on the faux meat as well. Unfortunately, I have an entire Field Roast En Croute waiting for me in the fridge.

Unknown, I bought the Cookie cuz it said 'Tofu' , but there was no evidence of it. I was sorta disappointed.
