WTF Thursday

No cube today Yay! so Nature's Path Corn Flakes with Almond Milk for breakfast.
Tempeh Reuben for lunch...
made with Woodstock Sauerkraut. This was more in line with what I was looking for in a kraut.
Reed's Ginger Goji Kombucha for afternoon snack.
The rest of the Tempeh Scramble, Sausage and Latke from Common Market for dinner.
Cleo Cups for dessert. Yes, my hot fingers melted the chocolate after just a few seconds of splitting the cup in half for the photo.
I'm off work tomorrow, but will still be eating lunch out with Mom.

Glad to hear you didn't have to go in to the office, and that you're off tomorrow! Is this your annual, "Shen takes a day off" day? I recall it was early in the year previously, no?

I see the Woodstock Sauerkraut is sold in several stores near me. I think we are fast approaching a Reuben tutorial.

Stay warm, and hopefully not too covered in snow!

Glad you got to stay home today! Great looking meals too! That dinner is especially yummy looking. I love potato latkes, I haven't had one in so long. I never have them for hanukkah anymore. I should make some. Now I'm actually craving a kombucha (never thought that would happen!).

Enjoy your day off tomorrow!

Yum, more reuben action. About your Fred & Carrie comment on my post... I see Fred walking around my neighborhood quite often and Carrie was behind me in line at the post office a few months ago. Next time I run into one of them I'm sending them your way.

I like that brand of kraut, too. Very good!

Looks like you had a delicious day at home yesterday. I'm still very jealous of you being able to work from home.

Hey Now!!!

Ingrid, you have a good memory. We get one 'personal day' (use it or lose it) a year. I always take it first cuz I've been laid off (several times) in the past and have lost them. I want my Reuben tutorial to be 'For Dummies' like me, so I gotta keep it super simple.

VaVa, I really need a great vegan Latke recipe. Haven't found one yet. Latkes: they're not just for Hanukkah.

Nikki, don't tell me that sh*t!!! I LOVE THEM!!!! Reading your comment had me practically in tears. You are so lucky!

Molly, so Mike gags near the Woodstock Kraut as well? Poor guy;-(
