WTF Tuesday

I'd bought a quart of Coconut Milk Nog during the holidays, but hadn't gotten around to opening it. This morning I made 'French Toast' recipe on the Nog container for breakfast.
Even halving the recipe makes way too much. Tastes good, obviously, but not firm like regular French Toast.
Eggless Egg Salad from Dawson's Market for lunch...
and Mr. SV's Spaghetti with TJ's Meatless Meatballs for dinner...
So maybe there was a little too much flour in my diet today, but I think there's going to be just as much tomorrow.

Whoa! Fancy with the French toast! You had time to do that before work? I've only made a successful vegan French Toast by broiling it...anything else is too soggy.

Nicely done, cracking open the Nog. Did you have it with a little rum, after the spaghetti? Or before would be fine, too. ;)

Oooh the french toast sounds great! I still have some of the chocolate peppermint milk I didn't even open... I wonder if you can freeze it. How did you get such nice looking tomatoes?!

Hey Now!!!!

Molly, eh, I've had better days. Thanks, though.

Michelle1, how can anyone forget you. Hope you and Piggy are well too. How about a post or two to update us old friends?

FF, well, when I work from home, breakfast is technically during work.

Ingrid, still haven't done the Nog & Rum thing. It would've been on the blog if I had. Definitely on the agenda.

VaVa, the Tomatoes are just those hot-house on the vine ones. Not sure about freezing the Peppermint Milk. I thought you bought too much of it at the time (when I noted you were really treating yourself well).
