WTF Monday

Decided to work from home today, so Hemp Granola with Coconut Milk for breakfast.
Not bad, but I wouldn't buy it again. I'm just not a big Granola fan in general.
Eggless Egg Salad for lunch.
Some TJ's Kale Chips for an afternoon snack.
I'm not much of a snacker and I'm sure Ingrid's Kale Chips are better.
Hazelnut Cranberry Field Roast En Croute and Roasted Cauliflower for dinner.
No dessert tonight. Perhaps WF's for lunch tomorrow.

What did you think of the kale chips? We've tried three kinds now and have been disappointed with every one.....

I love the color of the granola. Too bad it wasn't great, but I can relate. I'm very picky with stuff like that.

LET ME BE CLEAR: I do make the best cheezy kale chips. ;)

I've tried the bagged varieties, and mine are the bee's knees. Probably the cat's meow, too.

Look at all of the green eats today! So impressive! I am a fan of granola so I'm intrigued by the hemp granola. I almost bought those kale chips but then I decided I'd be better off just making my own :) And I was. Although from what I understand TJs kale chips are significantly less expensive than anywhere else I've seen.

Dinner looks great! Awesome that you got to work from home too!

Green granola - creeee-py...

I have been unable to rationalize buying bagged kale chips as the ones I've seen are always way too expensive.

Hello, by the way. ;-)

Hey Now!!!!

Molly, these were my first Kale Chips. As usual, my first time was disappointing.

Ingrid, one day I'll be able to say I was there at the beginning of "Ingrid's Famous Kale Chips". Long before you raked in your first billion.

VaVa, I was really impressed with my green eats as well. I know you bought the 'other' WF's granola, perhaps that one was better.

Miss Rachel, glad to see you're still amongst the living. TJ's Kale Chips don't break the bank, but can't say they're worth the money either.
