Thursday, January 24th

This old breakfast came back today. Pretty satisfying.
Lunch was a Vegan Reuben from Mike's Deli at the Lazy Sundae. Good, but can't hold a candle to the Reubens at Common Market or Great Sage.
Mrs. May's Almond Crunch for an afternoon snack.
Boca Chickn Patties and Broccoli for dinner.
WF's Pumpkin Pie for dessert.
Keeping it briefer than usual today. Mexican food tomorrow with Mom.

Pumpkin pie! Keepin' the seasonal stuff alive, I see. The crunch snack looks tasty too...

You're rockin' the reubens lately! Great stuff. The almond crunch looks pretty tasty, as well.

I'm looking forward to seeing what kind of Mexican dish you'll have tomorrow.

Nice to see the grapefruit making a comeback :) I guess you got a fresh batch of bites to go with it? I love that almond crunch stuff. It's a great treat to tame the sweet tooth ;) I could seriously go for some pumpkin pie.

One of these days I'm going to buy one energy bite just out of curiosity.

It certainly looks like a tasty Reuben, but I understand that once you've had the best, all others pale in comparison.

Do I see veggie fajitas in tomorrow's post?

I like those energy nuggets. I get them from the bulk bin at my coop.

And I will never tire of the reuben photos. Yum.

I was inspired by your nugget love and bought some from the bulk bins, a lighter color and had pistachios and sunflower seeds- they were so satisfying!
Too bad the ruben wasn't a winner.

Hey Now!!!!

FF, you now how some people still have their Xmas decorations up? My meals are along those lines.

Molly, judge ye not my Mexican food. I know you are now the Queen of Mexico.

VaVa, yes, these energy bites are freshly purchased so they should be full of energy.

Ingrid, Congrats! You accurately predicted my lunch! (That and $1 mightl get you a cup of coffee). If you've ever had a bite of fresh fudge and enjoyed it, then you will like an energy bite.

Nikki, I want to go to a coop in Portland.

Unknown, light colored energy bites with Pistachios and Sunflower Seeds? Pics or it didn't happen.
