Monday, January 21st

One of my homemade Apple Muffins for breakfast. Six more to go.
My lunch destination was closed for the holiday, so I punted and went to WF's. By the time I got there, I was starving and ladled myself a bowl rather than a cup of Adobo Black Bean Chili...
and some other mysterious noodly stuff off WF's Salad Bar.
Hazelnut Cranberry Field Roast En Croute and TJ's Teeny Tiny Taters for dinner.
Lots of desserts in the hopper, but I'm being good tonight.

And the muffin countdown continues!! Still looks good to me. The mysterious noodly stuff looks really great. Love all the green in there! The TJs teeny tiny potatoes are my favs I think. They roast up really well and have a great texture. Ever try them with rosemary? So good!

Is Mr. SV unwilling to assist in the consumption of Apple Muffins?

As your lunch destination was closed, everyone decided to go to my lunch destination, making for a horrifically long wait.

The muffins look ready to punt. The soup, however, I will take.

Those taters are adorable. I love the small ones like that. They always taste better, for some reason.

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, thanks for the Rosemary rec. I will try it next time I make them. Fancy!

Ingrid, no, Mr. SV only eats sweets that are made of/with chocolate. MLK Jr day sure is a difficult holiday to navigate, what with half the people being off and the other half only getting an hour for lunch.

FF, this must be why you bring in your baked goods to your co-workers --so you're not stuck eating a dozen muffins by yourself.

Molly, miniature food rules.
