The Longest Monday

Lunch was the $7.49 Wrap & Soup Deal from Whole Foods -- Lentil Wrap and Adobo Black Bean Chili...
Dinner was Celebration Field Roast with Heinz-57 and Zucchini Pancakes (veganized recipe #16702 from Food.Com) with Sour Supreme.
I've made no secret of my love of Vegenaisse and faux meats. Dessert was a Bologna Sandwich with lots of Vegenaisse.
Lots of Frontera Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot...In the immortal words of Gary Dell'Abate, "It is what it is."

Isn't "The Longest Monday" a war movie with John Wayne?

I am a big fan of putting ketchup directly on the food, rather than on the side. Awesome to hit up the Vegenaise rather than a sweet dessert on the longest Monday.

I love fake coldcuts with Vegenaise, but I rarely buy them. Sometimes I wish I wasn't so cheap!

Hello, Ladies! Thank you for the sweet comments!

Diane, I only buy the faux meat on sale. Can't wait till Gardein goes on sale again.

Someone else eats sandwiches for dessert [wipes away tear]. We must be soul mates.

I love that bologna, on whole wheat with EB instead of mayo! Strange but true.

Random fact - the Carnivore (my hubby) gave boy Gary his first job in radio.

What did you think of Field Roast? I tried it last year and wasn't a fan.. even with gravy it kind of had an odd taste. I'm a huge fan of Gardein though!

Love the Baba Booey reference.

My husband COVERS his food with ketchup, but I'm definitely a "put it on the side and dip" kind of girl. I so wish our WF had as good of prepared food as yours does.
