Sunday Will Never Be The Same

Nah. It's the same as always for me. Lunch was Tostadas...
Dinner was Chickpea Cutlets with Mustard Sauce (Vegenaisse & Dijon 50/50 stirred up w/Capers), Roasted Zucchini and Lentil Pilaf.
Dessert was a Buccaneer Bar.
Lots of Frontera Shiraz...

So, I'm wondering where in the world did you get that beautiful candy bar? Was it at Whole Foods? I'd like to get my grubby hands on one of those!

Yum, I want one of those tostadas; they're just how I like them--smothered in hot sauce.

Love the sound of the mustard caper sauce and that pilaf looks great.

I would love one of those bars! Wish I lived by a TJ's or Whole Foods!
BTW, I've tried to leave this comment like 5X now. Hope they don't all show up at once!

If you know what you like, there's no reason to change it up. I like variety, but my fella would be happy alternating pizza and Thai every day. Maybe one day it will come to that.

The coconut candy bar in the light blue (?) package is totally my favorite. Just like a Mounds Bar! But really, they're all great.

What do you put in your tostadas? Were they spicy? They look great!

Hello, Ladies!

I get the candy bars at Wegman's, which is a east coast chain of grocery stores. I haven't seen them at Whole Foods yet. I was just craving chocolate last night so this made it's appearance.

I swore when I started this blog that I wasn't gonna do a give-away, but it's sounding like I should...

Marja, yes, the Maholo bars are great too. The Tostadas are just refried beans spread on corn tortillas and toasted for 15 minutes. If you feel ambitious, put some Daiya on to melt. Add diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour supreme and hot sauce.
