Typical Vegan Eats

Nothing too earth shaking today. Lunch was a Salad from Whole Food's....
Dinner was Tofu Scramble with Yves Breakfast Patties and a Hash Brown....
Dessert was a Blessed Mama Chocolate Chip Pecan Bar. One good thing about making a Blessed Mama dessert: if you don't like it, she'll replace it free of charge! Go for it!
Lots of Lost Vineyards Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon...

Veeeerrry Funny! Great, now you'll be squishing my recipes left and right. By the way, they look much more square-like today. I am very impressed. I hope they were as good tonight as they were last night... :-)

I keep meaning to get myself over to WF for the salad bar. I never have that much stuff on hand to make a really impressive salad without planning ahead. This looks pretty good in all - isn't it great that this would be typical?

Hello, Ladies!

There was a half a jalapeno pepper in the scramble. I tried poking myself in the eye afterwards, but it didn't burn this time.
