Wednesday, June 13th

PB & Banana for breakfast. Can't get enough of this combo lately.
WF's Salad Bar...
& Avocado/Cucumber Sushi for lunch (here's a bummer tidbit I didn't notice till I got back to work: the traditional dab of Wasabi was no longer in the Sushi box. Just the little pile of Pickled Ginger. At WF's you're supposed to pick up your own little packets of Wasabi found on the side of the Sushi counter. Fortunately, I did have Soy Sauce packets in my desk drawer)...
DeLallo Arrabiata Sauce with Boca Crumbles and Broccoli on Fusilli for dinner.

After looking at the latest cover of VegNews, I was intending to have some Ice Cream for dessert, but settled for more Vodka instead. Coming up tomorrow: Working from home, so Strawberries for breakfast and probably a Faux Meat Sandwich for lunch.

PB is definitely what I'm missing in the morning! Melon can only tide one over for so long.

I need to make some sushi rolls soon, those look so good! I've noticed the separation of sauces, too.

Darn that VegNews for putting ideas in our heads - I saw the same thing, and suddenly wanted some.

PB and banana is definitely a great combo. I think I've eaten every nut butter other than pb lately and now I'm craving it!

That salad looks lovely as does the sushi. I didn't realize that they took the wasabi out, how strange! Thank goodness for the soy sauce stock pile! ;)

I agree, vodka is definitely the correct decision!

I picked up that same sushi from Whole Foods last week and noticed the same thing. No worries, though, since I had Bragg's at home. :)

Another porno picture of a banana. Can't get enough of that combination, huh? I'll just bet...

Seriously, all this food in this post looks super - a delicious and healthy food day indeed.

So jealous that you have access to an awesome salad bar. We have nothing nearby here, so I have to wait for our Milwaukee trips.

I probably shouldn't look at VegNews. My sweet tooth has been pretty tame lately....

Hey Now!!!!

Ingrid, 'make sushi rolls'?! That's pretty impressive.

GFHTummy, thanks for looking!

VaVa, you're the one who got me into the vodka in the first place so I would hope you would approve.

Amanda J, it's not polite to brag about your Bragg's.

Miss Rachel, if the company only knew I was creating soft food porn at my desk in the morning.

Molly, no Salad Bars in Sheboygan?! Sacrilege!
