Friday, June 29th

I figure everyone knows what PB & Banana looks like by now, so I skipped the breakfast photo. Took a half day at work and lunch at home wasn't until 2pm. I was starving and practically inhaled Asmar's Tuna Salad on WF's Rosemary Sourdough Bread with Potato Salad from Everlasting Life Cafe
Field Roast Franks and the rest of the Potato Salad for dinner.
WF's Blueberry Pie for dessert.
Coming up tomorrow: Will we dare to go out in the +100 degree heat?

Looks like a simple but satisfying day of food...yes, go out in the weather! Do you have a lake or beach nearby? Go frolic in the waves!

I'm so incredibly jealous of your rosemary bread. I LOVE rosemary, that bread sounds delicious. I'll have to add that to my list of things to veganize/gf for when I have time. It sounds so good. The open faced sandwich looks great too! That pie looks delicious too!

Hmmm what kind of camera do you have? It just doesn't recognize those photos? Do you plug the camera directly into the computer or do you use a card reader? I'll try to help you fix the problem if I can!

Hooray! You found the Rosemary Sourdough! What do you think?

Would you believe the Franks were sold out at the other WF? Obviously, I missed the memo on their popularity.

You will go out. . .and hopefully to a restaurant whose AC is cranked. :)

Classic eats. America would be proud. I'm gonna have to vote NO on leaving the house. Do you have AC at home?

Yummy looking food, especially the blueberry pie. I think one of those is in my future.

I heard Virginia got hit really badly by storms. I hope you and yours are doing OK. Take care!

Hey Now!!!!

Rose, it would have been a great day to go tubing on the river (not that I ever did that).

VaVa, I plug the Canon Rebel directly into the computer. I may have to take it to a store or something to be looked at? I've switched to a little Nikon in the meantime.

GFHTummy, thanks for looking!

Ingrid, I scarfed the sandwich down so fast it was hard to appreciate the bread. Seemed really good. Thanks for the rec. The Franks are my favorite, gotta stock up when found. And you were right again: I went out.

FF, we do have AC. I tried to stay in, but Mr. SV forced me out and it turned out that it wasn't as hot as it was on Friday.

Miss Rachel, thanks. You heard right. It was a deadly disastrous storm. Fortunately, we only lost cable & internet. Highly unusual for us not to lose power too.
