WTF Monday

Kashi Autumn Wheat with Almond Milk for breakfast.
TJ's Chickenless Chicken Strips Sandwich for lunch.
Tofu and Bok Choy for dinner.
Half a slice of Vegan Treats Hazelnut Cake for dessert...
All the above fantastic food still wasn't enough. I had to eat a bunch of Hummus and Crackers after dessert. Anyway, going into the office tomorrow (I almost made it through the day without anyone of importance noticing I wasn't there). So good grub will be the order of the day.

Haha I wouldn't say I'm planning a binge after Tough Mudder, just a little bit of a splurge :)

Another great food day! The lunch sandwich looks great and I LOVE your dinner! It looks so lovely! How did you season it? The cake looks so amazing and sometimes you need dessert after dessert. It happens :)

Bummer to go into the office, hope the day goes quick!

I think I have zero experience with bok choy. Have you decided who your top pick is on The Bachelorette?

I really want to make some pumpernickel bread soon...

Yeah, I'm always wishing that I could just sort of disappear from work, and that nobody would notice....just keep getting the paychecks.

Great looking sandwich and dinner. Simple is usually the best way to go. But - no vegannaise, no mustard with the chickn? Is it just THAT GOOD?

mmmh, I think that you may need to eat more salad, or soup, soup is a good filler!

I'm not sure if I told you, TJ's is coming to Denver at the end of next year! I should start writing down all the good stuff you eat from them. It's totally acceptable to have a shopping list 18 months in advance, right? :)

Hooray for escaping the office on Monday! Hoping your day today goes well.

Bachelorette: I like Doug. I want to punch Ryan in the face.

I'll take the tofu & bok Choy, please! It looks like a perfect meal, especially followed by that cake.

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, a little bit of a splurge???? Completing the Tough Mudder = a vat of Coconut Bliss Ice Cream!!!!

GFHTummy, I pick up the desserts at Loving Hut. Thanks for looking!

Jenny, Bok Choy is inexpensive, easy to prepare green stuff. Fun for the whole family. Get to know it. My money is on Arie. The body language says it all.

Rose, you're probably more important to your workplace than I am to mine. There are many days when I know it was totally unnecessary for me to come into the office.

FF, while TJ's Chickenless Chicken is definitely THAT GOOD, I must confess -- there was Soy 1000-Island Dressing on my sandwich. Too lazy to get the brand name of it.

Alessandra, soup is a good idea. I haven't made one in ages.

Ingrid, one lone TJ's in all of Denver -- not a good time. TJ's is already packed when there's one in every town. Assvice: keep your expectations low. Bachelorette: Major red flags around Doug. Arie is a player, but so freakin *hawt*!

Molly, the Tofu and Bok Choy are great staples to keep on hand for days when a simple meal is required.
