1/4 of a Vegan Treats Raspberry Danish for breakfast...
Lunch was the 'Roasted Vegetable Salad' - Roasted Artichoke Hearts, Asparagus, Peppers, Corn and Sun-Dried Tomatoes on Romaine lettuce with Avocados. Fat-Free Balsamic Vinaigrette subbed for Dijon $13.25 from California Pizza Kitchen ...
Tofurky Italian Deli Sandwich for dinner...
Half a slice of Vegan Treats Hazelnut Cake for dessert...
Lots of heavy storms rolled through during posting time, so I will catch up with comments tomorrow.

I know you have not been very complimentary towards California Pizza Kitchen, but that salad looks freaking delicious!

That salad always looks so good! I'm definitely a bit jealous that I'm not eating it right now actually. The danish looks yummy and your restraint is always impressive. That cake looks great too!

Miss Rachel, I in no way endorse CPK, however this salad and the Split Pea Soup and both very good if you are forced to go there.

Molly, agreed, both the cake and danish were too much sugar for one day. I do regret it.

Vava, ha! This Roast Vegetable Salad is like something you would make what with all the Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Avocado.

Bean, this danish is so huge, 1/4 was more than enough.
