WTF Wednesday

Kashi 7 Grain Nuggets and Soy Delicious Vanilla Coconut Yogurt for breakfast.
More steamed Artichokes for lunch. I was too impatient to wait for them to be fully steamed, so don't be like me and do that.
Eggless Egg Salad for dinner.
Extremely hard and stale PB Bar from the Common Market. Still good.
Coming up tomorrow: PB & Banana for breakfast. Probably Chipotle for lunch.

Aw, no, undercooked artichokes are not good. Bummer. Sit on your hands next time.

I love yogurt with crunchy stuff! I don't think I've tried that brand though.
Almost picked up some artichokes today. Almost. Still scared.

Agreeing with both you and Maud - yogurt and crunch were meant to go together. I can't wait for summer when I'll add grapes, pineapple or some other fresh fruit as well!

It all looks good, though I can imagine that undercooked artichokes are not all that nice...unless you're Eeyore. :D

I love the Whole Soy plain unsweetened yogurt...yours looks good too; Maud's right, crunchy stuff is great with yogurts.

How did you like the yogurt? For some reason I can't seem to get behind coconut milk yogurt.

I'm not going to lie, sometimes stale food can be good :X I'm a weirdo about textures and if it isn't rock solid I can kind of get behind the texture of it. Don't judge ;)

VaVa, I know you're a weirdo about food touching, but did not know textures were an issue as well. The Coconut Milk Yogurt was just so so. It's been many years since I've had yogurt, this wasn't as I remembered. Plain would've been better than Vanilla.
