WTF Tuesday

Today I finally discovered the deliciousness of Cucumber and Cream Cheese.
Two steamed Artichokes for lunch. I was already aware of this deliciousness.
Gardein Crispy Tenders with Heinz-57 and Roasted Asparagus for dinner.
Then I had to have more Cucumber and Cream Cheese. So good! Thanks, Ingrid and FF!
Coming up tomorrow: Yet more different things.

I'm not a fan of cream cheese, but I've never had it with cucumber, so I might have to give that a whirl.

The chocolate egg you had the other day reminds me of one of my pre-vegan faves, the Cadbury chocolate truffle egg. Mmmm....

I ahve been wanting to make some artichokes latey! I love toast with cream cheese, tomatoes, and basil, with a pinch of salt and pepper. Its one of my favorite snacks! Have you tried the chickenless tenders from Trader Joes? I SWEAR those are Gardein, but just 2 dollars cheaper!

I miss gardein tenders. They were one of my favorite comfort food type meals. Damn gluten lol.

The cream cheese and cucumber combo looks really good! I can't believe I haven't tried it yet! I also still need to get on this artichoke train.

Hooray! I love everything about today's food. So glad you tried the cucumber / cream cheese combo - and loved it! Served on what kind of bread? Wait till you try it on a toasted everything bagel. . .

I do believe artichokes will appear on my table this weekend. And probably asparagus, too! I love spring produce!

So glad you are in on the wonderful cuke - cream cheese combo. Good stuff. Have you ever had your artichokes cold? I purposely steam more than needed just for that purpose. I'll have a cold one for lunch the next day. A new kind of deliciousness.

Hey Now!!!!

Molly, when I bought the Cream Egg at Sticky Fingers, they said it was supposed to be like Cadbury's Cream Eggs, but it was in no way like that. Still waiting on the vegan recreation of that little piece of heaven.

Morgan, I love TJ's Chickenless Chicken. Here's some unsolicited advice: avoid the BBQ Shreds. They are lame.

VaVa, thanks for the double comment. Makes me feel popular.

Ingrid, the Cucumber/Cream Cheese was on some locally baked Pumpernickle. Great stuff. Thanks for the solid rec.

Blessed Mama, good job trying to keep the Cucumber/ Cream Cheese Combo a big secret. Anyway, I was thinking about pre-steaming some chokes, but I'm not sure I can avoid eating them all at once. Perhaps I'll stock up this weekend.
