Monday, April 9th

TJ's Raisin Bread and Galaxy Cream Cheese for breakfast.
Spicy Garlic Tofu and a Spring Roll from Kobe Grill for lunch. Followed by the rest of TJ's Chocolate Covered Almonds.
Field Roast Meatloaf with Heinz-57, Roasted Asparagus and a Baked Sweet Potato for dinner. Again.
Coming up tomorrow: Different things. I swear!

I bought some Galaxy Cream Cheese this weekend - it was on sale at WFs! You, too? I haven't tried it yet, I'm thinking tomorrow. . .

At least the chocolate almonds won't be taunting you from your desk drawer any longer!

Perhaps it's a repeat dinner, but certainly is vibrant in color! Do you eat your sweet potato plain?

That breakfast I think is my favorite one that you show. The bread is so pretty and the combo is perfect. That lunch sounds so good and that's great that it isn't greasy. Gotta love CC Almonds :) I should get some sweet potatoes! Yours looks good!

Cinnamon toast plus cream cheese = YUM! And I also love spring rolls! How do you like the Galaxy brand cream cheese as opposed to the Tofutti? I haven't ever tried Galaxy...

Morgan, I gotta say in all honesty, I prefer the Galaxy. It's creamier. I'm so ashamed!
