Thursday, April 5th

A Banana and TJ's Valencia Peanut Butter for breakfast.
Spicy Garlic Tofu and a Spring Roll from Kobe Grill for lunch. Followed by an unreasonable portion of TJ's Chocolate Covered Almonds.
Boca Burgers and Oven Fries for dinner.
No dessert tonight, I had enough Chocolate Almonds this afternoon. Coming up tomorrow: Breakfast is a wildcard, lunch will be at Seasons 52.

Peanut butter and banana is so classic and amazing, you can't go wrong. If you are a cinnamon fan try sprinkling with a little cinnamon. So amazing!

Your lunch looks great and I can see all of the pepper flakes so I bet it had some nice heat to it? It looks pretty saucy though, was it greasy at all or was it a light kind of sauce? Chocolate covered almonds sounds like the perfect post lunch treat. Sugar and protein to get you through the afternoon :)

Great looking lunch!

I'd have trouble not eating too many chocolate covered almonds. Yum!

Good work on the chaste breakfast pic. I'm in love with fresh spring rolls (with rice paper) but yours look fantastic - were they?

I can appreciate that the chocolate almond consumption has moved from "reasonable" to "frantic" to "unreasonable". I tend to go in reverse succession with my treats.

All looks quite yummy. Do we need to organize an intervention about those chocolate almonds?

Actually, I think it sounds like a very reasonable and wholesome sort of thing to indulge in!

I'm staying tuned for breakies at Season 52...ah, Friday at last!

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, I seen bloggers sprinkling Cinnamon on their Bananas, but I've never tried it. It does seem like it would be great. Lunch was light, not oily and minimally spicy. Shockingly high quality for Herndon, Virginia.

Molly, it was a bad idea buying the box of CC Almonds just for myself. Never again.

Ingrid, it was a pretty good Spring Roll. Not the best ever. A little over-fried. The Chocolate Almonds totally prey on my mind the second I finish my last bite of lunch. They're irresistable.

Rose, I think I do need a Chocolate Almond intervention. Not a good idea to keep a box in my desk.
