Thursday. April 26th (stating the obvious)

Banana and TJ's Valencia Flaxseed Peanut Butter for breakfast.
Spicy Garlic Tofu and a Spring Roll from Kobe Grill for lunch.

Boca Burgers and TJ's Tots for dinner.

Caramel Pecan Cake from Vegan Treats via Loving Hut for dessert.

Coming up tomorrow: Vacation day. Planning on Cucumber and Cream Cheese on Toast for breakfast.

Wow, this was a great food day!! From beginning to end it looks like every bite was perfection. That cake is serious business, I'm still incredibly jealous of it. Maybe I should try and figure out a gf version of that. I'll add it to the growing list of things that one day, eventually when I have time, I will attempt to make. It'll join beignets ;)

I find eating rice with chopsticks particularly difficult when I'm super hungry.

Ingrid, by the time I get to the rice part of my meal, it isn't so integral that I get the rice on the chopsticks.
