Thursday, April 19th

Kashi 7 Grain Nuggets and Soy Delicious Vanilla Coconut Yogurt for breakfast. This wasn't such a bad thing to pack for breakfast at work (the yogurt was in the plastic cup, packed separate from the cereal).
Spicy Curry Tofu and a Spring Roll from Kobe Grill for lunch.
Boca Burgers and TJ's Tots for dinner. Yes, it was a hot house tomato, but it was a good one.
Chocolate Ice Cream and a Cookie for dessert.
No summation tonight.

Another awesome food day! For some reason I wasn't able to get behind coconut or soy yogurt but was able to tolerate the Amande yogurt. I should make some granola during this pantry challenge and give this a try!

Your lunch looks really great. Love spicy food. Dinner looks great, there is nothing better than a really good tomato! I wonder how the burgers would taste topped with tomato and avocado. Yay for tots! And you can't go wrong with cookies and ice cream!

Ah, the "eating your breakfast at work club." If only Judd Nelson or Emilio Estevez were available to join us, I have a school we could use.

I wish Kobe Grill had a menu! Your Spicy Curry Tofu looks pretty amazing.

Wow, those tomatoes look bigger than the burgers! Way to go!

That tofu looks mighty tasty too.

Looks like a great food day to me too, with some good color! When I was employed, I would eat my breakfast at my desk; it would give me something to look forward to when I got to work in the morning.

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, I need to try the Amande Yogurt. I'm not loving the Coconut yogurt.

Ingrid, Kobe Grill is too cool for a website. They are bothered to even answer the phone when I try to call in my order.

Rose, the hot house Tomato rocked. Hope I can find another one like it. It was a rarity.

Miss Rachel, you'll be employed again one day. Then you'll be wishing you were unemployed.
