Oooh I hope he takes you out to lunch too :)What did they do to the tofu scramble to make it non vegan? How silly of them! Lunch looks great, Loving Hut always puts out the most perfect looking fries! That cupcake looks perfect!!Hope you enjoy the rest of the weekend :)
To echo Sarah...why on earth would they make a tofu scramble not vegan? They've got something wrong with their brains. Similarly at my WF; they make a tofu "egg" salad with regular mayonaise, which has eggs in it; the mind boggles. These people need to get educated!I've got to try BlessedMama's loaf; sounds good! Well done on those cupcakes; they look very scrumptious indeed. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you and Bear Bistro tomorrow.
PS: Is it just me, or have the captcha codes gotten a lot harder?
The O'Brien's also make it to Colorado, you'll be happy to know.Loving Hut! I was just thinking I needed to have you go there - thanks for reading my mind. Were the Peanut Butter Cupcakes with Melty Ganache from your kitchen? They look fantastic, I really should pick up that cookbook. May you be Warrenton bound!
Never tried those pb cupcakes but they look good. I also had chard tonight for dinner; it is so lovely. Bummer about the tofu scramble - who thought that one was a good idea??
Hey Now!!!!!VaVa, not only does WF's Tofu Scramble contain Milk. Yesterday's ingredients listed 'Chicken Flavor'. Ugh!Rose, I've seen Tofu Salad with regular Mayonaisse at Wegman's. Sounds gross to me but people must eat it. Sometimes I spend more time entering captcha codes than comments. It's really bad when you try three + times to enter the code and it keeps rejecting and you wonder if you should just bail.Ingrid, you are so sweet. I can see you writing encouraging notes like that on your students papers.FF, the internet knows now that you hate PB so it's o wonder you didn't make the cupcake recipe, the question remains: why did you work at the PB & Jelly restaurant?
That's really F'd up about the Whole Foods scramble. Really, WTF? That's just something that should always be vegan, IMO.
