I dunno, that pasty looks kinda weird to me. Why so liquidy? I mean it SOUNDS good and all. Beautiful breakfast shot, though. And dinner looks great too. Do you roast the sprouts?
I think the pasty looks great- anything mushroomy gets my vote every time. Those brussels are crazy green- not as electric as the green beans, but there's some good looking produce lately! Looking at your ice cream makes me cold...
For me 34 degrees = no more biking because i lose feeling in my nose and fingers, and hot boozy beverages! Mulled wine, glogg, spiked apple cider... It usually waits another week or two before its this cold here. Ttrockwood
Your breakfast pic is so pretty!! I just bought Brussels sprouts and I can't wait to roast them. The pasty looks good but a little greasy/juicy?
Have you ever seen the Chocolate Obsession ice cream flavor?! It looks soooo good and I was going to grab it right before I went to the cashier but I FORGOT!! Such a fail on my part.
Ingrid, sheesh! Thanksgiving is a week from tomorrow. You are really cutting the Pumpkin Pie season close.
FF, the Pasty may have been a little sad looking, I admit, but it tasted good. Yes, the Brussels Sprouts were roasted. I dont do anything more complicated than that.
Unknown, you will get your 60 degree biking temps back on Monday. Do they serve Glogg in NYC restaurants or will you be making your own? I still have all the Glogg components from last XMas, just wish I could get a prettier glass mug before I make it next month,
GFHTummy, the Honeycrisp does reign supreme. How did that Apple come ascend to the throne? i need to research that online.
VP, thanks. It is not easy to have a food day I can feel proud of. Guess you gotta have the bad food days to appreciate the good food days.
Sarah, I have not seen the Chocolate Obsession flavor. I will look this weekend for it. I hate when I am already at the cashier and then remember something.

I normally wouldn't go for a pasty, but this one looks particularly delicious.
