Tuesday, November 4th

A Wegman's Everything Bagel with TJ's Cream Cheese for breakfast...
Pineapple Curry from Thai Deelish for lunch. I added Cauliflower, because I have so much Cauliflower...
Leftover 'Stroganoff' with a dollop of Sour Supreme for dinner. Sour Supreme is indeed Supreme...
Half a slice of Common Market Pumpkin Streusel Crumbcake for dessert..
so much better than the Pumpkin Cheesecake. Plus it had Cranberries...
Back to Eggless Egg Salad tomorrow. Bye for now.

Breakfast looks amazing. You've mastered the New York schmear :) It's perfect, ha! Pineapple curry sounds really good and I like the idea of the added cauliflower. Hooray for a good pumpkin dessert! That definitely looks amazing, I still need to make my pumpkin bread with streusel topping. Yum.

I think you nailed it, I know there will be peppers and it just doesn't sound appealing to me at all!

A lot of cauliflower, eh? Roast them! You could make gobi matar (peas and cauliflower curry)!

High Five on the Sour Supreme addition...

And the streusel looks pretty epic, too.

I agree with sarah, definitely nyc style there. Great idea to add the cauli to your lunch! My pretty yellow one is long gone... But i also used half of it in a soup. Glad you located some supreme to add to dinner, do you make fresh noodles each night?- and that struedely bread looks amazing! Lots of goodies in there too....

I reheat the dumplings (which are actually already fully cooked) either stovetop with a bit of oil to crisp the outsides or i line the inside of my steamer with a cabbage leaf (otherwise they stick!) or spray oil on parchment paper and use a steamer til they're hot. Flopping into hot brothy soup is the most fail proof probably.

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, you are too nice, I know I will never perfect the NY Schmear, but I have come to accept that. You did have some Pumpkin goals you planned to achieve, didnt you;-)

Ingrid, lots of Roasting is in my future, but I had to take a break. I am ODing on Cauliflower.

Unknown, nope those are the same Noodles from day one and there are plenty more where they came from. I dont have a steamer, I will have to do the stovetop thing.

VP, I gotta give Unknown all the credit for the Scalllion Cream Cheese. I never heard of it before she alerted me.
