Tuesday, November 25th

Today started off exactly as yesterday did..
kept with the program through lunch...
began to differentiate a little from yesterday with WF's Breaded Tofu for dinner...
several WF's Chocolate Truffles for dessert. These are so great...
I predict an Everything Bagel to start the day tomorrow. Bye for now.

Look at that pretty cauliflower.
I've seen those truffles but I guess I just assumed they weren't vegan. Ya learn something new everyday on the blawgs!
You finished the pancakes, then?

Another really great day of eats! The pancakes looked just as good today as they did on day 1. My Whole Foods needs to start carrying that breaded tofu, it looks so good. I've never tried those ttuffles, they look great. Would you recommend them?

Of course you would, you said they were great. I'm an idiot, ha!

Nothing wrong with repeated deliciousness! I must roast my sprouts to death, they get much darker than yours are... The breaded 'fu looks as good as it always does.

Trader joes has a gingerbread pancake mix you just add water to now fyi.... (I didn't scrutinize the ingredients or buy it- so i can't swear its vegan but i *think* so)
You and Mr SV would be more than welcome to come for plates of stuffing and lots of glogg! :))

If I find a gingerbread pancake recipe, I will pass it on. Otherwise, let's both check out Ttrockwood's recommendation at TJ's!

Thanks for the info on the Gardein gravy!

I'm still on the hunt for breaded tofu at Whole Foods...

Hey Now!!!!

FF, I have finished that batch of Pancakes, but fully intend to make another batch, so better get used to it.

GFHTummy, instead of going to fabulous holiday parties, I am just partying at home.

Sarah, I strongly recommend these Truffles. They make an excellent Holiday gift.

Unknown, Mr. SV was insisting he smelled something burning last night, so I took dinner out of the oven a little prematurely. I will take a look for the TJ's Pancake Mix but I dont see it under the listof vegan items on their website. Thanks for the sweet invite. I bet it is going to be an awesome time.

Ingrid, your Gardein Gravy results may vary. Hopefully, TJ's wont be too crowded this weekend.

Abby, these Truffles are perfectly decadent.
