Wednesday, November 12th

A repeat of yesterdays stellar breakfast...
Another bowl of LPQ White Bean Soup for lunch (with half an Olive Oil Flute)...
Gardein Beefless Burgers with Roasted Purple Cauliflower for dinner...
A Gardein miracle! There were FIVE! Burgers in the bag instead of the regular four Burgers...
Something else special: I finally upgraded to Himalayan Pink Salt for my daily Salt needs. It may be psychological, but I think it is better than regular Salt...
No dessert. Bye for now.

I definitely have to try those pancakes, they look incredible. And I'm sure they will taste amazing too. A Gardein miracle indeed! Getting bonus veggie burgers is the best! The purple cauliflower looks so pretty. Loving all of the soup I've been seeing lately too. Soup and oatmeal are the best fall/winter foods for sure. I need more of both in my life.

Its a great breakfast that should be repeated! LPQ does have good soups all winter.
Amazing you got an extra burger, that really is miraculous! I am a serious salt lover and there are big differences between them- that pink salt is nice, and i like that the grinder creates both dust and slighter larger bits. My every day is kosher salt from diamond crystal but i wish it was maldon (which i use less frequently since its expensive yet fabulous). Trader joes has a fleur de sel right now that is a nice flake style for finishing (vs cooking), tastes like the ocean.

I'm avoiding your posts because I'm on a diet and hungry. Thanks for no dessert, but you're killing me with those pancakes!

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, definitiely time for Oatmeal and Soup with this arctic blast we're enjoying.

Unknown, I am now curious to see what other Soups LPQ comes up with! Hope I can get to a location weekend. I used to be all Kosher Salt all the time, but last month tried moving towards Sea Salt and now I am hoping to keep with the Himalayan stuff.

Abby, after your last post, I can see where a diet might be in order for you.
