Saturday, November 15th

Found myself back in the Loving Hut neighborhood again today, so I picked up an Avocado Smoothie for breakfast...
brought home an order of Jalapeno Tofu for lunch. I was concerned it would be too spicy, but it was a from a Loving Hut, not a Hurting Hut, and so it was just the right amount of spicy...
TJ's Cream Cheese and Wegman's Strawberry Preserves for dinner/dessert. This combo really goes down smooth...
More unexpected eats tomorrow. Bye for now.

Unexpected was the perfect word for these meals, along with delicious! Everything looks really great, I'm so curious about the avocado smoothie. Can't go wrong with that dinner. I feel like everything I've had at loving hut has been delicious and I'm glad the tofu was delicious as well.

By the way, ever since you posted about robin quivers I've noticed more howard stern references but I don't know if the are intentional or not :)

How do you not have any snow? I thought this monster of a system was across the nation?! Not fair! I'm so over it. But back to the foreground of the photo: the smoothie looks good. As does the tofu - glad it was the "just right" bowl, Goldilocks! ;)

Very unexpected food day! Although i like avocado smoothies i'm really not clear on the smoothie vs cold soup situation.
Lunch looks amazing but I'm sure that was spicy...!
Cream cheese and jam with pumpernickle?! Amazing. Super amazing.

Some extra garlicky fresh garlic knots from the pizza shop on the corner were the highlight of my day. no vampires around me!

Haha! A Hurting Hut. I would eat there a lot if it existed.
Nice bunch of stuff today. I like the jelly blobs.

Hey Now!!! Woah! Five comments! Did I say you were all allowed to look at my food?

Sarah, these days, i only listen to Howard in my car. If I sound like him it is probably unconscious from years of listening,

Ingrid, think of it this way: East Coast Grandma aint snowed in....yet...

Unknown, it is not Smoothie weather, you are right. Wish Loving Hut was opem for breakfast, but the Smoothie was the closest i cou.ld get. Mmmmmm! Garlic Knots sound heavenly.

VP, thanks for the shout out on your blog. I would comment on it, but it is rather prohibitve with that Picasa filter.

FF, the blobs were an artistic choice I am still ambivalent about.
