Monday, November 24th

Yes, the Pumpkin Pancakes are still viable, if a little dented, after all this time. Two more left and then I will make another batch (in case anyone was wondering)...
Homemade Vegetable Soup for lunch (used Collards in honor of FF)...
A Gardein Stuffed Cutlet with WF's Mushroom Gravy and Roasted Farmers Market Brussel Sprouts for dinner...
Almond Milk Mocha Almond Fudge for dessert. I looked for Chocolate Obsession in the store, but didn't see it...
Super great food day. Even the Brussel (Brussels?) Sprouts were good. Bye for now.

This is an ideal food day! I have cans of pumpkin puree begging to be turned into pancakes! That veggie soup is exactly the kind that I love... hearty and chunky. It looks amazing. I don't eat those stuffed gardein cutlets often but I do enjoy them. Yum, I'm definitely jealous of today's meals!

Definately a great food day! I'm impressed you can fathom more pumpkin pancakes.... They must be good! The bread for soup dunking is a key component there. I just saw those cutlets at the store and thought of you- seems to be the season for them.
Maybe you should just have cake for breakfast next time ;)

Yes, I'm actually going to be doing most of the cooking but at my friends' place. You have such an impressive memory! Funny because my friend asked i make that same salad this year too. I'm also making a butternut squash fennel soup with toasted pumpernickle for dunking, roasted brussels and whatever else looks good, blistered green beans with sliced almonds, mashed sweet potatoes, and a sourdough/kale/almond stuffing(baked in a casserole). And glogg! Don't tell anyone that everything but the omni main is vegan :))

No! Make gingerbread pancakes! After this week, it's time to move on. ;)

So that was my next question: the gravy that comes with the cutlet is ______ ?

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, you're due for a Pumpkin Smoothie. Time for a post.

GFHTummy, I have been indulging lately. Must be preparing hibernation,

Unknown, I am telling you: these Pumpkin Pancakes are the best. Make them for the Fam at Xmas! You are an incredible friend to put together all those healthy and gourmet dshes. I think I would just take a heaping plateful of the Stuffing and a big mug of Glogg and go sit in the corner by myself for the evening,

Ingrid, got a recipe for these Gingerbread Pancakes? The Gravy that comes with the Gardein Cutlets is: thin and salty, make your Happy Herbivore Gravy. #YOLO.
