Well, there are only 2 meals but at least they are great ones! I must make something pumpkin next Monday. I'm debating between that pumpkin bread with crumb topping and the pancakes. The spaghetti looks great as always :) Hopefully you'll be able to get 3 meals in tomorrow!
maybe the key to being happy with all yr food choices is to eat fewer meals. Less chances for disappointment. Plus, they say when you're really hungry anything tastes good. Sounds like you're on to something here.
I'm practically drooling! I haven't had spaghetti since before the cleanse. It is so happening next week. Also happening: pumpkin pancakes ( I know I said it before, but MEAN IT this time.)!!Big hugs to Mama Shen, as I hope she can/wants/does have Friday lunch with you soon. In the meantime, I predict you will have Asian food for lunch.
You must have made a ton of pancakes..! Good idea. It looks like the Mr puts some kind of nonmeat in the sauce there...bummer about being short a few meatless balls. I often bring a few of those meatless balls with me as an afternoon snack- i look like i'm some kind of crazy eating meatballs from a ziplock baggie while walking down the street...! Whatevs. Hope there's an indulgent friday lunching in your future. Ttrockwood
I can't really think of a better food day than pancakes and spaghetti.
Hey Now!!!!Sarah, my vote is for the Pancakes. They're super easy and a guaranteed crowd pleaser.FF, I cant argue with a word you've said. Brilliant!Ingrid, MAKE THE PANCAKES! Pancakes are in your blood! (There is no good way to impart this info on the blog, but Mama Shen is sadly no longer with us. I tried to keep things status quo here to not get maudlin).Unknown, I did make a lot of little Pancakes instead of a few big Pancakes. Mr. SV crumbled up a tube of a Gimme Lean in the Sauce. So you eat the TJ's Meatless Meatballs cold? I dont know why, but that seems like a no-no. Abby, it worked out well that both the Pancakes and the Spaghetti were outstanding,
