WTF Monday

Bob's Red Mill Quick Cooking Oats with lots and lots of Raisins for breakfast. Literally, a Raisin in every bite...
The last of the Common Market Eggless Egg Salad for lunch. Sad to see that go...
Mr. SVegetarian made a huge pot of Vegetable Soup yesterday. He's into cooking down the Vegetables  till they get soft and sugary, so it was a very delicious Soup and I'm not just saying that to encourage him to cook more meals...
Nuttzo and Sociables for dessert. When will I ever finish that jar of Nuttzo?
All different grub tomorrow, so tune in to see what it is.

Raisins in every bite is definitely a good thing! Sad that the eggless egg salad is gone but I have a feeling it'll be back in rotation soon enough? Looks great as always. That's awesome that Mr. SV made a pot of soup! It really does look delicious and thanks for sharing his trick ;) Maybe the Nutzo is so expensive because it magically refills itself in the cupboard when no one is looking?

Ooh, nice soup. Yes, he should continue to make all varieties, and often.

Oatmeal with stuff is good, more stuff = better oatmeal in my book. Hmmm. I'm guessing the market will have more eggless salad next time you go looking for it. Have you ever had the chickenless salad at WF? Think its in the deli vs the salad bar. My very carnivorous not even vaguely interested in vegan or healthy food mom even liked it enough to buy once in a while! Must be the veganaise.

Mr SV has been hiding his talent! Who knew?? Good homemade soup fixes everything.

Yeah, i had to look decent to schmooze at NoMad too. Lipstick on a sunday! Good thing i have a small circle of friends and only one who insists on posh birthday meals. The bloodys were worth every dime...

I feel like there are never enough raisins until there's too much.

Considering that Nuttzo costs more than an American university education, hopefully it never runs out.

I saw Nuttzo in the store the other day and briefly thought about getting it but decided not to. Is it something you would get again?

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, I was thinking the same thing about the Nuttzo. I've had that jar for years now. It's making ME nuttzo!!

Ingrid, in a perfect world...

Unknown, our local WF's only has a outsourced brand of chickenless salad. Not the greatest. Has a weird chemical taste. This WF's brand is news to me. I didn't know Mr. SV could make Vegetable Soup either. He got a wild hair or something. Did you wear a little black dress to the party?

FF, thems be Edamames in the soup. Mr. SV loves Edamame. He looks at my blog on occasion just to mock me. He's good at the mocking.

Abby, I just hit the too-many-Raisins limit yesterday. But you can't put them back in the box and you can't give them to the pups.

Hannah, at this rate, I could have opened the Nuttzo on my first day of freshman year and eaten the same jar through my senior year with some left over for graduate school.

RVs, I did not feel the Nuttzo was worth the money. Maybe it would be worth $8, but not $13. Any premium nut butter is just as good if not better.
