WTF Wednesday

Nature's Path Raisin Bran with Hemp Milk for breakfast...
Common Market Eggless Egg Salad for lunch...
Then I had a few Peanuts...
Hard Times Cafe Chili (made from their mix) on Pasta for dinner...
My own entire Vegan Treats Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert. Haters can hate, but I like em.
Below picture taken through my kitchen window this afternoon of a Pileated Woodpecker. There was no way I was going to actually open the window to get a better picture...
My last day at home tomorrow.  This week.

Now I'm craving cold cereal and cookies and cake (from the last post), ha! Everything looks so good, so jealous of your WFH grub. Today would have been a very good day to stay home. It was SO COLD. Anyway, the eggless salad looks great and is it bad that I like the name of the chili? Haha, I actually laughed out loud when I read "haters gonna hate."

Cool shot of the woodpeckers! I wouldn't open the window either ;)

Yes, I imagine it was quite cold - I wouldn't open a window either! Ha ha! Great shot of the woodpecker. I hope he/she stays there, and doesn't mistake your roof for a tree. . .

No hating here. Bring on the chocolate chip cookies.

That seems like the everlasting loaf of marble rye! Your olives look like they have some nice herbage on them. The chili looks great! Lots of texture. Don't people in.....um....cincinnati (??) eat chili on pasta? With chopped raw onion?
Gorgeous woodpecker! I'm sure my windows are frozen shut and wouldn't open anyhow.
And who hates chocolate chip cookies?!

Such a slushy frigid mess around the city today.... Bleugh. I suspect mason and his mommy are smart enough to just stay home.

What kind of demon person would hate a chocolate chip cookie?!

Pretty woodpecker. You gotta air out the place every once in a while!
Nice looking chili. Do you ever eat it alone, or always on pasta?

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, it was 2 degrees here this morning. I would have taken sick leave rather than drive into work on the ice in the dark.

Ingrid, we do get a little Woodpecker on the house occasionally. Weirdo that I am, I love the pecking, couldn't care less about the house.

Unknown, the Marble Rye is no more;-( The Olives were from WF's Olive Bar. A great mixture I'll have to get the name of. I forgot to add Chopped Onion to my Chili! Next time. In this type of weather, I hope all NYC pups are allowed to poop & pee inside.

Hannah, a few fellow vegans who shall remain nameless did not feel that the Vegan Treats Chocolate Chip Cookie was as great as it should have been.

FF, we eat Hard Times Chili on Pasta just because it brings back fond memories of when we would eat in the restaurant.
