You must have gotten some workout shaking that milk! It's all foamy. I should keep that in mind if I should ever want to make myself a latte at home ;)
Great looking meals as always. Your lunch looks great and you definitely can't go wrong with oven fries. I'm so jealous that you get to stay warm and comfy at home. Going out into the snow this week is definitely not on my list of things I want to do.
Most importantly - hooray for a week from home! You might even have time to take a picture of a feline! (I'm having meow-withdrawl.)
As I was making tofu ricotta tonight, I thought about how long it has been since I made eggless salad - this might be inspiration.
Are the burgers different than usual or is that just the lighting?
Agreed, nice foam on that hemp milk. I feel like it might not soak the cereal well enough that way though, no? maybe you like it drier than not.

FF, it's just the lighting on the burgers. My photography skills are not the most impressive. Dry is not my bag, earlier Hemp Milk got to the cereal to create a perfect soaking situation.
Unknown, were it socially acceptable, I do think I could eat Eggless Egg Salad on Rye everyday. The snow hit us pretty darn hard. You, too, from what I see on the news. Tofu Pho delivery tonight?
Hannah, I always wanted to be served foam on a plate, but never ate at any place fancy enough. Doubt it will never happen now that it's 'out of style'.
