Mr. SVegetarian read yesterdays post and, in order to make the blog more interesting, picked up carryout from Faang for lunch. My 'Tofu with Cashew Nuts' $9 was quite the rejuvenating...
A 'Tofurky Oven Roasted Deli Slice Sandwich' for dinner. God bless Vegenaisse...
A Roots Market 'Pecan Sandie' for dessert (good thing they come in packs of three)...
Lunch with Mom tomorrow. Same place as last week...

See you undersold yourself!! Great looking meals today! Your lunch looks fantastic, Mr. SV did well!! Dinner looks like it hit the spot too and as I always say, cookies just make life better. I agree, thank goodness the sandies came in a pack of three!
So glad that the Mister could help out! ;) Tofu with Cashew sounds so good. However, I'm really feeling the pecan sandie. . .
Thanks for the tip, but will you have MaPo Tofu or the Veggie Lettuce Wraps?
So is that all it is on the delectable sandwich? Veganaise and deli slices?
Simple always wins. Just like that oatmeal.
Mr doesn't read every day?! ;)
Looks like one crazy spicey lunch.....and i hope you just ate all the cashews first like i do-doesn't looke like you had any!
A fresh loaf of marble rye will make all sandwiches wonderful- doubley so if veganaisse is involved. At least your cookie had some nuts in there.
Mason and i had a rondevue today- and his mommy told me he just auditioned for an Iams commercial! Haha! I told him i could tell he was star material.....
Ttrockwood
I dunno, foodfeud; I think at least a tomater is in order.
You look like you were gypped on the cashews in that meal. I can see, what, one?
Kudos to Mr SV for picking up delicious food! How long have you two been married, btw?
Hey Now!!!!
Sarah, it's hard to keep the delicious coming daily. These Pecan Sandies are so rich. Maybe by summer you'll be back to baking and can come up with a good recipe for Sandies?
Ingrid, I went for the same old same old PF Changs options. Unfortunately, my mother opted for the new Kale Salad which they gave to me to go without the dressing. Don't ask. It was a whole big downer. Adding her own Ranch Dressing and Blue Cheese at home couldn't save it. I should've just stayed home today
FF, sometimes that's all it takes: Vegenaisse & Deli Slices to bring the bliss. I can't explain it.
Unknown, I tell Mr. SV to stay away from my blog but sometimes he reads just to mock me. There were a lot of Cashews in the lunch under the Tofu. More Cashews than should be eaten in one day. At least you can say you knew Mason when...
Abby, I'm hoping to hit up Trader Joe's tomorrow for some heirloom Tomatoes to spice up my future Sandwiches.
Hannah, there were Cashews under the Tofu. For serious!
RVs, Mr. SV & I got married in 1995 in Aruba. You can do the math (Cuz I can't).
