Saturday, January 18th

After sleeping in late, brunch was at Busboys and Poets for my current favorite breakfast: The 'Vegan Egg Wrap' $10. Tortilla Wrapped Tofu Scramble with Mixed Veggies, Vegan Bacon and Vegan Cheese, Served with Home Fries....
with a side of Tempeh Sausage $3...
'Mixed Vegetables and Tofu' (#22) $8.95 from Loving Hut for dinner...
Day four of passing up dessert. Sometimes it's not so interesting to post ones daily eats.

Oooh yes please to everything! That brunch looks so delicious! The wrap looks incredible and the side of sausage looks really tasty too! Perfect brunch I'm definitely jealous. And you know how I feel about Loving Hut ;)

The dessert trolley is so lonely!!

How late is considered "sleeping in" for you? The brunch wrap looks awesome. The internet crapped out before I could see a pic of the tempeh sausage, so I even reloaded the page, yep, just for tempeh sausage.

That wrap really does look like its stuffed with goodies! And the potatoes look like they've been jazzed up with something good in there too. Glad you got to sleep in, although i suspect that's still not very late....
I go in dessert phases too, sometimes its just not appealing.

Soup for me today due to unpleasantness at the dentist- but i ran into mason on my way home from the dentist and he cheered me up a lot :) or was that the tylenol with codeine.....?

Those tempeh sausages look very inviting. I wonder if they made them from scratch?

Hey Now!!!!

Sarah, the dessert trolley is laden with incredible desserts. I do not know why I've been so stuffed lately from just one meal. Weird.

FF, a 'late' sleep-in is 8:30 and I feel very guilty about it because it means not getting out to the barn to turn on the lights, refresh everything etc till then. Thanks for looking at my sausage. It means a lot to me.

Unknown, it must have been very unpleasant at the dentist to get Tylenol with Codeine. Or else you have a really nice dentist. Did Mason get cast in the IAMs commercial?

Blessed Mama, I do believe they make the Tempeh Sausages from scratch. I've never seen them sold anywhere. Something you could try to recreate perhaps?
