WTF Tuesday

Daiya Cream Cheese on a Wegman's Pumpernickel Bagel for breakfast...
'Chipotle Chik'n Stew' from The Randy Radish for lunch. Beyond Meat Chicken Strips combined with Potatoes, Carrots, Onions, Garlic and Chipotle Peppers. Then I had another serving of the same for dinner...
'Raspberry Cheesecake' from Vegan Treats via Loving Hut for dessert....
More great food on the agenda for tomorrow.

That stew sounds pretty fantastic & I'm glad to see you had an awesome dessert today. It looks perfect!

Unfortunately, things didn't work out with Marvin. We're taking a step back right now because things are a bit overwhelming but might consider adopting again in the near future.

Glorious dessert! I'm glad Loving Hut continues with their great stock of Vegan Treats.

Does RR change up their menu, or are you trying out the options?

Love pumpernickle bagels! That stew totally looks worthy of two meals in a day- randy needs to publish a cookbook for those of us too far away. And that cheesecake......drooling. I still need to figure out what to make for xmas dessert, but the omnis would never touch a vegan cheesecake.

Those wonderful swedish cooks also made amazing aquavits.....

Oooh now you're just teasing me with pumpernickel bagels and Daiya CC ;) That stew looks nice and hearty for such a yucky day (was it yucky by you?) and must have been good to have a repeat for dinner! Oh that cheesecake... it looks perfect! Loving Hut really is the gift that keeps on giving.

Hey Now!!!!

RVs, sorry to hear about Marvin. I'm so wanting to adopt another dog it's all I can do to resist. Especially this time of year when all fuzzies should have a loving home. So I apologize if I put pressure on you.

Ingrid, RR does a fantastic job changing up their menu, but the weather had kept them off the streets lately. I only have their Mac & Cheese and Pumpkin Pie left till they return.

Unknown, I'm sure Randy will publish a cookbook one day like the Cinnamon Snail. I agree, omnis would never eat a vegan Cheesecake. perhaps they'd eat Cupcakes? I hope your Swedish chef made you lots of good treats for the duration of the relationship.

Sarah, I'm still getting used to the Daiya CC. Can't actually say I recommend it at this time. I agree on Loving Hut. They need one to open on LI near you.

Hannah, I'm glad you approve, but, more importantly: are you proud????
