I agree, definitely another great food day for you! Love the oats as always but lunch is definitely a star meal if I've ever seen one! The appetizers look really delicious, those summer rolls look really fresh! The curry looks great too, gotta love the spicy food. Rounding out the day with mac and cheese and cake and you definitely can't go wrong.

Oh cool, you went to Nassau Coliseum!! I live about 10-15 minutes from there :) I know the area very well and there are definitely lots of great diners around.

What would happen if you ate the rice paper rolls with the mint sauce and the samosas with the peanut sauce?

A spicy mint sauce? I can't even imagine the creativity and ingredient list required to make that happen! Both apps looks divine!

Cranberry orange is definitely a holiday cake, excellent choice.

Hey Now!!!

Sarah, I'm keeping that good food roll going. Not easy to do.

Hannah, thanks for another excellent idea that it's too late to do anything about.

GFHTummy, thanks! Hope you had a great holiday and have a happy new year!

Ingrid, it is some super spicy mint sauce. I should try to find out how they do it, but there is definitely a language barrier involved when going there.

FF, thank Goddess for Singhas.
