WTF Monday

Kashi Berry Fruitful for breakfast...
Asmar's Vegetarian Tuna Salad for lunch...

WF's Sesame Grilled Tofu with Roasted Carrots for dinner...
No day of vegan eats would be complete without a treat from The Randy Radish: A 'Chocolate Glazed Donut' $2 (that may have had its glaze a little melted off) for dessert...
All kinds of different stuff tomorrow, presumably.

Doesn't that mean you need to eat Randy Radish desserts every day now?

I'm not typically a fan of tuna salad but your sandwich looks really delicious! Definitely something I'd want to try if I were able to get past the whole mayo aversion, haha. Dinner looks really great too. I've been snacking on raw carrots lately... I'll probably turn orange soon. Yay for vegan donuts!

I am totally distracted by your tomato slices! They look really juicy...... Was the tuna salad made from chickpeas? I've never been brave enough to buy some, i hated tuna in my past life as an omni.
The grilled tofu looks great, and i could (and often do) eat carrots daily. Glad randy saved you a donut.

Yup, the parents are good people. Growing up we referred to our black lab (who we adopted when i was five, she lived to be 14) as the third daughter.....:)

Hey Now!!!!

Hannah, if I'm to actually complete my day, I guess I'll have to eat a Randy Radish dessert. Otherwise, my day will remain open.

Sarah, wish I had a mayo aversion and a taste for raw carrots.

Unknown, I'm back to the old $1.29/pound vine ripe Tomatoes till next summer. They aren't bad. The Tuna Salad is made from TVP, but if you don't miss Tuna, you are lucky. Oops! You just divulged that you have a sister! Ha!

Abby Bean, I'm am glad to know Glaze melting a common occurrence. I haven't had hardly any Glazed Donuts in my life, I was always a cake donut fan, so I assumed the Glaze stayed on for good.
