You are having great food days all the time!! Another full day of great eats! Loving Hut always gets my vote (and I'll be visiting in March, yay!) and that dish always looks great. The mac n cheese looks yummy and creamy and hooray for cake! Everything looks great!
LI doesn't have a lot of vegan restaurant options, they reside mostly in NYC. There are a few vegan choices here but none that are really all that close to me sadly.
merry boxing day!
Lots of carrot consumption - I guess you are working on keeping that summer tan. I made roasted carrots for a kale salad yesterday and it was really delicious.
I like how the bananas look like they are crinkle cut like the carrots below them.
THIS IS A DAY OF EPIC GOODNESS BE STILL MY HEART
Nuttzo! Mrs May's! Peanut butter chocolate dessert! Go Shen you good thing.
So TJ's can't call them English Muffins? ;)
What do you add to your roasted carrots?
The cake looks fantastic!
Lunch with Mom guess: Mexican.
P.S. The capcha codes must have run out of words because now it is 16 digits. Ha!
Hey Now!!!!
Sarah, I am on a food roll again. What can I say? Oh yeah:

FF, the Carrots were bought originally (orange-nally?) to make your 4C Salad. I've really enjoyed eating them roasted. Thanks for that.
Hannah, dessert was pretty epic. Definitely called your name.
Ingrid, how's that construction going on your TJ's by the way? Just S&P w/EVOO to the Carrots. Great stuff. Nope, not Mexican today, however, you will probably be able to guess next week's locale. I'm sorry about the captcha codes. I would disable them if I knew how (or felt like making an effort)(it's not like I'm a programmer for a living or anything).
