WTF Tuesday

Kashi Cinnamon Harvest and Flaxseed Milk for breakfast.
Eggless Egg Salad from the Common Market for lunch.
WF's Vegan Chicken Fried Rice for dinner...
A lot of ingredients go into making this Fried Rice so darn tasty.
Pretzel Fudge from A Better Choice Bakery for dessert.

Coming up tomorrow: More of the same.

Wow, that is actually kind of a surprising amount of ingredients for a Whole Foods item. It still looks really good though. I could totally go for some of that right now actually. I miss cereal for breakfast and that pretzel fudge looks incredible.

I'm happy to say that we have cinnamon Kashi sitting in our pantry. So good!

That bar sounds great- I was a big fan of fudge once upon a time. Fried rice is always a winner. :)

My homemade fried rice never tastes as good as commercially made. I guess at least part of the problem is I don't use enough ingredients.

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, no cereal allowed on your new diet? Just when I was getting used to the GF thing. This is really a learning experience for us all.

Molly, Cinnamon Kashi rules! Glad we are of like mind.

Miss Rachel, recognizing the problem is the first step towards solving it.
