Sunday, October 14th

After all the food I ate yesterday, I wasn't even hungry today. Still, around 2pm, just for the heck of it, I decided to eat the Manicotti I picked up yesterday at Everlasting Life Cafe. Great stuff.
Boca Chikn Patties and Wax Beans A La Miss Rachel for dinner. Also great.
A Jelly Donut from Vegan Treats via Loving Hut for dessert.
An excellent food day. Being vegan is the best.

I agree, being vegan is definitely the best! Great looking meals for sure! The manicotti looks seriously delicious. I don't eat a lot of Italian food at all but some good manicotti is definitely a great meal to have once in a while :) Love the huge pieces of tomato on your Chick'n Patties and the jelly donut looks delicious! It looks like they put a decent amount of jelly in too which is always nice to see :)

I also agree that being vegan is the best. How could anyone ever get bored with the food? I just don't get those "ex-vegans".

Great looking manicotti and that donut looks incredible.

I feel like 2pm is the average time one finishes digesting after a full day. The Manicotti looks really tasty. The Boca Patties look great, too.

Jelly Donut?! Wow! What flavor?

Non-vegans just have no clue! The manicotti is my favorite of your day!

I love the way you cut that slice out of yr chickn patty and tomato. The jelly donut looks incredible! And yeah, when will non-vegans learn?

Hey Now!!!!

VaVa, I totally was expecting just a tiny dab of Jelly inside the Donut. Vegan Treats did not let me down.

Molly, I agree. Especially being a vegan today. It's so easy. There's actually too much to eat.

Ingrid, that's an interesting question. I'm guessing the Jelly was Grape? I'll have to pay closer attention to the next one I buy.

Mary, you said it. Non-vegans have extremely thick skulls. No penetrating those craniums.

FF, I like to make the reader feel like they're right there the second I dig into my food. I'd also like to say non-vegans will learn when they're having a stent put in their carotid artery whilst popping their diabetes pill, but from my personal experience -- even that doesn't crack their closemindedness.
